Vreemd. Gister nog het bericht dat Microsoft druk aan het werven is, vandaag blijkt dat ze er aan de andere kant net zo hard weer uit vliegen. Twee projecten zijn stop gezet en daarmee ook het arbeidscontract van een aantal mensjes. Het betreft het free to play Microsoft Flight en Project Columbia. Deze laatste is een interactief educatief spelletje voor kinderen welke gebruik maakt van kinect. Project Columbia zal waarschijnlijk nooit het licht zien, maar Microsoft Flight is gewoon nog hier gratis op te halen.
In totaal schijnen 35 mensen werkzaam in hun studio in Vancouver van een sociaal plan gebruik te kunnen gaan maken. De zalvende woorden van Microsoft:
